Responsibilities:
- To manage and coordinate the project wise façade works;
- To meet with sub-contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work
- procedures, complaints, or construction problems
- To study the work packages and instruct the team accordingly;
- To be able to read and implement the design drawings and shop drawings
- To oversee, support and maintain project schedules and identify the outstanding issues and follow up them appropriately;
- To be responsible for project management including; change requests, submittals, RFI’s, millwork shop drawing review, bdget/schedule maintenance, and project close out;
- To be proactive to solve issues that arise;
- To Interface directly with management to define project requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in interior Fit-out work and joinery
- Degree or diploma equivalent in Architecture and Interior Design
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices;
