General information:

The Kapital Bank invites candidates to apply for the position of Data Analyst for Agile team.

Responsibilities:

∙ Apply data science methods to improve and optimize customer journeys;
∙ Capture meaningful insights from data and turn them into competitive advantages for the business;
∙ Study product features and customer behaviors to inform the team’s decision making ;
∙ Support the team with other analytical services as per need basis.
∙ Extract and transform data from different sources
∙ Prepare ad-hoc and standard reporting

Background:

• ∙ Undergraduate degree or higher, preferably in the field of Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, Econometrics, or Mathematics;
  ∙ 1+ years of work experience preferred;
  ∙ Previous experience in banking preferred.

Specific job skills:

• – Good knowledge of SQL
  – Good knowledge of Statistics
  – Other coding skills such as Python, R, SAS are plus
  ∙ Data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI and etc.);
  ∙ Performing analysis with large datasets;
