Requirements and Responsibilities and:

• Remote position for customer support specialist.
• Will respond to, resolve and escalate customer support issues, manage inbound communications, identify and communicate root cause issues, and assist with reports and metrics.
• Don’t need an AA/AS or prior experience.
• Excellent English, Azerbaijani and Russian verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills is a must.
• Salary is up to 800$ monthly.
