Customer Service Administrative Assistant

Employee Responsibility:

• Helping customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns
• Providing support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
• Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
• Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research

Position requirements:

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages, Russian is preferable
• Ability to develop right working process
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Computer Software Skills, MS office
• Experience working with customer support is advantage but not a must
• Reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to work unsupervised
• Good team player
• Be ready and responsible for any job, which may be assigned by the Management

Additional information:

• Work schedule 5/2, 09.00-18.00
