Responsibilities:

• Contact to universities, authorities and recognition offices on issues related to recognition and foreign education;
• Research and investigate qualifications worldwide, national education systems in other countries and recognition systems;
• Research and learn international experience in the area of recognition (nostrification) and make suggestions on process optimization;
• Build a network of international contacts to help develop specialist knowledge of education systems;
• Developing the strategic plan of activities and ensuring its implementation;
• Adhere to the policies procedures to produce accurate evalution reports;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• University degree in Law
• Two years of general work experience, preferably in a higher education environment;
• Knowledge of international education and/or foreign systems of education desirable;
• Fluency in Azerbaijan, English, Russian languages;
• Ability to develop action plans and systems to facilitate and track implementation of evaluation findings and recommendations;
• Willingness to learn, research and process amounts of applications;
• Having research and strong analytical skills;
• Being engaged and willingness to learn and professional development;
• Open to changes and new ideas;
• Ability to work independently toward established goals and deadlines;

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00
Salary: It will be announced during the interview
