What you will do:

• Drive the direction and development of ATL’s in-house creative strategy, plans and execution
• Be the main creative voice of the ATL brand and set standards of how the design and copywriting matches
• Provide an exceptional copywriting for marketing campaigns, new product or service launches, press releases, etc.
• Lead and inspire the small team of graphic designers
• Collaborate with colleagues to concept and create innovative and engaging messages across channels and platforms
• Bring complex product stories to life in clear, engaging and concise ways

What you are expected to bring:

• Strong conceptual skills with knowledge of how copy relates to design
• 2+ years’ experience in creative direction, copywriting or similar creative work
• Experience in leading small/medium teams
• Excellent writing skills in Azerbaijani and English languages
• Not afraid of taking initiative and trying new things
• Bachelor’s degree
