What you will do:
- Drive the direction and development of ATL’s in-house creative strategy, plans and execution
- Be the main creative voice of the ATL brand and set standards of how the design and copywriting matches
- Provide an exceptional copywriting for marketing campaigns, new product or service launches, press releases, etc.
- Lead and inspire the small team of graphic designers
- Collaborate with colleagues to concept and create innovative and engaging messages across channels and platforms
- Bring complex product stories to life in clear, engaging and concise ways
What you are expected to bring:
- Strong conceptual skills with knowledge of how copy relates to design
- 2+ years’ experience in creative direction, copywriting or similar creative work
- Experience in leading small/medium teams
- Excellent writing skills in Azerbaijani and English languages
- Not afraid of taking initiative and trying new things
- Bachelor’s degree
