Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering economics
• Minimum 1 year work experience in cost estimation
• Russian and English-good speaking and writing
• Proficient Excel is mandatory
• Knowledge of architecture and fit out is mandatory

Duties:

• Analyse plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs
• Read technical documents in order to prepare estimates
• Calculate, analyse, and adjust estimates
