Cost Control Specialist

Location: Head Office
Department: Procurement & Project Cost Control.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review cost proposals issued by contractors and taking necessary actions to have best cost option for final confirmation;
• Project closing (both city location and standalone projects);
• Preparation and controlling all contracts and their additions;
• Checking monthly IPC documents and registering them in COINS;
• Preparing budget files for standalone and city location projects;
• Controlling budget and inform relevant departments about variance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field;
• 3+ years of experience in relevant field;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages, Russian is desirable;
• Ability to work in a team environment;
• Ability to make accurate decisions based on analysis, experience, organizational and judgment skills;
• Analytical thinking skills;
• Ability to work independently;
• Computer soft skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel is mandatory).
