Job responsibilities:

• Work in cooperation with CEO on the establishment, control and evaluation of sales department
• Overseeing daily operation in sales department
• Analyze and review sales data
• Evaluate and control the work and progress of Sales Specialists
• Lead or control each sale from first contact till contract signing
• Plan and implement pro-active sales
• Actively seek for new opportunities and directions
• Handle all incoming requests in the studio
• Be engaged and follow the overall strategy of the studio

Requirements:

• 3+ years working in sales, preferably as a Manager
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Dedication to providing excellent client service
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent leadership skills
• Basic understanding of marketing, creative and web industry
