Summary and Purpose of Role:
- Ensuring that the areas are cleaned properly in time based on SOW
- Reviewing work schedules
- Monitoring of all cleaning activities
- Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Visit of stores according to weekly schedule
- Preparing weekly reports concerning cleaning issues for Facility Manager
- To perform designated role responsibilities to resolve cleaning issues
- Ensure Cleaning companies provide a high standard of cleanliness, cleaning schedules and checklists
- Ensure that cleaning tasks are carried out safely
- Manage and monitor standards of performance and quality of cleaning
Position Qualification:
Knowledge
- Upper-intermediate English – reading, writing and speaking
- Matric preferable
- Demonstrate the aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
Required Skills:
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
- Display exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills
- Valid driver’s license
Ideal Candidate Skills:
- Previous experience in a cleaning environment is desirable
- The ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
- Good interpersonal skills
