Reporting directly to: Deputy CEO

Our requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance
• 3-5 years of work experience in operations management
• English is required, Russian is desirable
• A working knowledge of government regulations for businesses
• Good computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
• Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
• The ability to handle the stress of a high-powered position
• Solid understanding of business functions (HR, finance, Sales etc.)
• Knowledge of fiscal planning, budgeting and reporting
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Key accountabilities:

• Working in a team with heads of departments to devise strategies and policies to meet company goals
• Managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of various departments, such as Finance, Sales, HR
• Managing budgets, hiring and contracting, and business negotiations
• Analyzing audit reports and formulating improvements to departmental workings
• Coordinating inter-departmental activities and delegating responsibilities to subordinates
• Compiling performance reports and reporting to the Deputy CEO
• Ensuring all government regulations, laws and rules are met
• Other duties as assigned
