Mirlex LLC is looking to hire a visionary COO role to oversee company’s operational processes.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervising operations of the underlying companies, including Procurement, Technical Departments
• Providing control over compliance of the processes
• Optimizing underlying company`s operating capabilities
• Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer on all matters related to the business
• Developing and implementing strategies, procedures and business plans needed to enhance underlying companies’ growth
• Working with the executive team to set underlying company performance goals
• Cultivating and providing opportunities for rising talent within the organization
• Providing correct and timely reporting

Main Requirements:

• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
• 5+ leadership at executive level, either VP or C-suite
• Agriculture or Production industry background (recent) required
• Experience in directing mainly Procurement and Operations
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian, upper-intermediate level of English is advantage
