Chemical Cleaning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and estimate tenders for chemical cleaning live flushing, pigging, passivation, Pre-operating cleaning, metal laundry, steam blowing, and all related specialized field.
  Excellent knowledge of chemical cleaning methods and procedures, turnover, and progress reports.
• Monitor and reconcile consumption of all chemicals and consumables.
• Develop and maintain customer contacts and feedback for specific requirements
• Follow customers’ QHSE regulations.
• Execute jobs within financial framework/budget.
• Writing method statements/procedures of chemical cleaning and recognize hazards.
• Supervise the execution of all chemical cleaning, pre-commissioning jobs such as line straightening and oil flushing, equipment condition, and cleaning parameters.
• Ensure proper implementation of policies, programs, and standards.
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety, and the Environment.
• Ensure that all Quality and operational procedures as identified in EnerMech QA Manuals are adhered to at all times.
• Maintain and embrace ownership of departmental policies and procedures.

The required experience and qualification for the job is:

• At least 3-5 year’s relevant experience
• Technical background
• University degree in chemical or process engineering
