• About Company:
• Caspian Tech CJSC was founded on January 19th, 2010 with the goal of evaluating the investment potential of Azerbaijan in the sports-betting sector.
• Topaz, a commercial trademark of Caspian Tech, was launched in 2011 as a single legal sports-betting game operator in Azerbaijan.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Customer service experience
• Clear oral communication skills without any dialect and pronunciation defect
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian, Good English language skills

Job Description:

• Answering customers’ inquiries according to the related programs;
• Answers to the customer inquiries from the first apply
• Treating customers in a polite and patient manner;
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Fulfilment of job description in compliance with the process, procedures and instructions;
