Job Description:
- • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to software.
• Respond to queries over the phone.
• Enter the queries coming from clients into related Application, provide solutions on phone or by routing technician via application platform (for dealer issues).
• Follow up the solution that is routed to technicians and close the inquiry after solution is provided.
• Follow up maintenance (corrective and preventive) transactions.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to related parties.
• Report any unexpected situations to supervisor.
• Problem analysis and identification data of testing process on a new versions of terminal, writing reports about results.
• Prepare and participate in IT related projects.
• Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
• Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
Requirements:
- • Bachelor degree
• Working experience in operations and call center department
• Analytical skills
• Excellent communication in Azeri, good English and Russian is preferable
• Knowledge of MS office as a proficient user
