ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students in the class;
- Observe and evaluate student’s performance and development;
- Participating in school assemblies;
- Presenting lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual means to facilitate learning;
- Motivate the students before the actual delivery of the lesson;
- All other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualified or licensed Teacher;
- Strong subject area knowledge;
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience Business Studies Teacher in international schools;
- High knowledge of English;
- Understanding of child safeguarding obligations;

CVs will be shortlisted based on a candidate’s work experience and meeting the requirements.
Successful candidates will be tested for their subject knowledge and competency and be required to write a pedagogic essay. Candidates who have passed this stage will be asked to present a demonstration lesson to show their abilities in modern teaching/learning methods and technologies.

About the “European Azerbaijan School” Education Complex” LLC (EAS)
The EAS is a private co-educational school founded in 2011 by the European Azerbaijan Society (TEAS). The school is authorized by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and offers special international programs for which it is fully authorized. These include the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Program (PYP), Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) and the IB Diploma Program. The school has grown from the original 95 students in 2011 to current population of over 780 and includes an Early Years Program (ages 4 and 5 years) in addition to its 1-11 grade program. The school is also a member of the Council of International School (CIS) network.
