The appropriate candidate for us should have:

•  Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA;
•  A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field;
•  Prior work experience in production analytics field;
•  Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills;
•  Advanced technical skills, experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations;
•  Knowledge of programming languages, SQL, data visualization;
•  Proficiency in Excel analytics and reporting functionality (pivot tables, graphs, v-lookup, etc.) and Power Point;
• Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and work with independence and initiative as well as strong problem-solving ability thorough understanding of process around residential production transactions;
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages; Russian is desirable;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Accountabilities:

• Participate in the development of the annual working plan;
• Creates and sends the requests for the provision of information necessary for the analytical procedures;
• Collects and processes information received from the business units;
• Performs the analysis and evaluation of economic activities, financial and economic condition of business units as well as Head office;
• Prepares specific analytical reports for the management on a periodical basis;
• Participates in the preparation of a preliminary version of the annual and other types of budgets;
• Performs internal control and budget control procedures, participates in the internal controls designing projects;
• Other duties per request.

Additional information:

• Salary will be agreed during the interview within the existing grading system;
• Lunch, medical insurance and transportation will be provided by the company;
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00;
• The place of work is in Sumgayit city, HZ Tagiyev settlement.
