About the Company:

We are a fast-growing company officially representing premium fashion and lifestyle watch brands such as (FOSSIL, DIESEL, EMPORIO ARMANI and etc.) in the Azerbaijani market. With a well-established retail network, in-house service center, and a strong reputation among clients and partners, we are proud of our dynamic and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual brand strategy (Media, Digital, CRM, VM, Events, etc.)
• Budget planning: purchasing, sales, inventory
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Define and manage brand presence in retail locations
• Set pricing strategy and monitor profit margins
• Maintain regular communication with brand headquarters
• Align marketing plans and commercial terms with the brand
• Participate in new store openings and build assortment matrix
• Organize trade marketing and in-store promotion activities
• Conduct brand, product, and VM training for retail staff
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met according to brand guidelines
• Prepare regular reports (sales, marketing, events, etc.)

Requirements:

• Higher education (MBA is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or brand/category management
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Understanding of supply chain, finance, and customer service processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian
