Requirements:
- An experience working with customers directly or over digital channels
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, UX researcher and designers to design and implement chatbot enhancements.
- Work on one or more technical areas of applications
- Develop, create, and maintain our chatbot processes and procedures; as well as make recommendations for enhancements to materials as needed to enhance our customer’s experience.
- Able to multi-task and set priorities.
