Bidding Specialist

Scope of Work:

• Prepare quotations,  commercial offers and all required documentation
• Prepare tender documents
• Process requisitions, select and purchase required goods
• Make Commercial evaluation of received quotes
• Liaise, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers for the best pricing, delivery and payment terms
• Perform all other related tasks as may be assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma confirming higher education
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) advanced Excel skills are a must
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, accounting, procurement or logistics
• Proactive and able to work independently in a highly multi-cultural and multi-task environment
• Professional proficiency in English, Azeri and Russian, all written and verbal
• Capable to manage deadlines and priorities
• Good understanding of INCOTERMS and related matters for customs procedures.

Salary: depends on candidate’s qualification
