Key Functions:
- Provides personalized, courteous service and information to guests
- Adheres to Hotel and corporate guidelines
- Maintains confidentiality with all guest information
- Maintains up to date knowledge on events and activities in the city
- Assists guests from arrival to departure
- Checks the daily arrival list
- Assists guests with luggage to the front desk
- Escorts guests to room, placing luggage in room and etc.
Requirements:
- Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian, both written and oral.
- Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
