Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and prepare schedule for all clients.
- Supervise the response handling and assist in campaign information distribution
- Document all campaign strategies and prepare all promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory for all campaigns on an everyday basis and ensure client satisfaction in all activities.
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep up to date by updating account information regularly
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of sales and marketing experience (Minimum 1 year of relevant experience)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced level of Russian is must, English preferred
