General information

The Kapital Bank invites candidates to apply for the position of B2B Payments Squad Product Owner for Agile team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, products and services;
• Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these;
• Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business;
• Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services;
• Ensure staff are on board throughout the organization, and understand the need for change and what is required of them;
• Liaise with the rest of enterprise on product creation;
• Create new B2B products, leveraging existing ecosystems;
• Expand ecosystem to integrate new “players in the game” (may be some);
• Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world;

Background:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant field is preferred;
• Previous experience in a technology intensive company, preferably in the financial sector.

Specific job skills:

• Knowledge of case specific technologies in the market (SWIFT)
• Familiarity with Agile/Lean product development practices, have experience in working with teams using Scrum;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, great attention to detail;
• Balance a self-motivated, independent work as well as strong team spirit;
• Comfortable within a start-up environment, with a demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit;
• Fluent (both written and verbal) English.
