Position: Assistant of Sales Manager (female)
Net salary: 500-600 AZN
Work place: Khirdalan (service bus will be provided)

Job description:

• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Preparing sales contracts, tender files and other neccessary documentation related to the Sales Department
• Making translations and interpretations when necessary
• Secretarial duties : meeting guests, serving tea/coffee to the manager

Requirements:

• Education: University degree (bachelor)
• Advanced English and Azerbaijani languages, good Russian is an advantage.
• Good communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 – 17:30
• Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00
