We are looking for an Accounting Specialist.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in related fields
• Minimum 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge in general accounting functions
• Good understanding of Azerbaijan accounting system and tax regulations
• Good communication skills and strong team-player who is also self-motivated
• Able to work and communicate in English and Russian
• Highly competent with MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Daily general accounting activities
• Issuing invoices and booking intercompany invoices
• Ensure reconciliation of Bank accounts and other accounts.
• Preparation of financial statements according to local accounting standards
• To follow up all financial obligations
• Preparing all local tax declarations
• Having responsibility of tax, e-archive, e-invoice processes, and e-ledger obligations.
• Supporting for all required legal reporting and accounting issues.
• Participating in accounting closing processes
• Following and controlling the e-declaration
• Maintain, update and monitor inventory records.
