Full Job Description:

• Support our clients by accurately maintaining and reconciling day-to-day financial records such as entering invoices from customers and suppliers, cash receipts, deposits, etc.
• Enter transactions and reconcile payments in company’s bookkeeping program
• Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account
• Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
• Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
• Create and issue the company’s financial statements, including balance sheets, accounts payable and accounts receivable reports, profit and loss statements, etc.

Proficient Skills:

• Proactively communicate with clients and owners to complete all tasks, including reporting, on time or per request
• Upper-Intermediate English skills, using stellar grammar and organization in all written communication

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Experience with various accounting software such as: Quickbooks, Freshbooks, Netsuite
• Experience with technology: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) Google docs, Zoom, calendar
• Associates degree in Accounting, or similar, is preferred
• Knowledge of GAAP is preferred

Note: This is a fully remote-based position, working hours (18:00 – 2:00, 19:00-3:00, 20:00-4:00, 21:00-5:00) depends on shift
