Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring Windows Servers and Client Operating systems.
• Single-handedly manage all IT-related work at the company including, but not limited to, administering SGC’s server, mail system and email security. (Office 365 Exchange server)
• Installing hardware and software systems
• Maintaining the company’s IT network, servers and security systems
• Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues
• Setting up computer security measures
• Configuring computer networks, Investigating and diagnosing network problems and collecting IT usage stats
• Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email, maintaining the company’s phone system
• Maintaining the company AV systems (projectors, amplifiers etc.)
• Configuring and managing Audio and Video conference systems (Polycom, Zoom, WebEx, Bluejeans etc.)

Must be known:

• Microsoft exchange server (Office 365)
• Windows server 2012/2016 (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, File server, VPN, Group Policy etc).
• Windows backup, NAS storages
• Windows 8.1 /10
• Acronis backup & recovery
• Veeam backup & replication
• Nice to have:
• Polycom, Zoom, WebEx, Bluejeans etc.
• Experience with Macintosh operating system.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of work experience in related field.
• Windows OS family. MS Office.
• Understanding of network protocols, ports, traffic, VPN, firewalls hardware (min 1 year work experience).
• Antivirus, office and remote administration software.
• Hardware troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal, teamwork skills.
• nthusiasm, a will to develop in IT field.
