Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current business procedures;
- Participate in designing and implementing new business procedures;
- Participate in creating documentation for the procedures;
- Organize, manage and enforce new business procedures in the company;
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the procedures;
- Regular monitoring and analysis of the procedures to improve or maintain efficiency.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and make critical decisions.
- Leadership skills to make changes and enforce new rules;

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Industrial engineering, Finance, Mathematics or a relevant field is preferred;
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
