General information

The Kapital Bank invites candidates to apply for the position of Business Developer for Agile transformation team.

Responsibilities:

• Exploring new business opportunities
• Identify market trends and preparation of relevant product ideas
• Prepare business plan based on acquired research data
• Preparation of project financial profitability calculation and application of indicators in business plan;
• Conducting post-analyzes to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and clarify profitability of projects

Background:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant field is preferred;
• Previous experience in banking, telecom and start-up is preferred.

Specific job skills:

• High level of Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Analytical mindset – strongly required.
• Data visualization tools;
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Agile methodology knowledge (is plus)
