Job description:

  • Management of hiring processes, including developing job descriptions and job advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates;
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies by keeping track of recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, etc.)
  • Maintain records and compile statistical data concerning personnel such as recruitment, and transfers;
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
  • Accomplish human resources and organization missions by completing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree required
  • Advanced English, Azerbaijan languages, Russian is an advantage

Professional Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of 1C is an advantage
  • Result oriented, responsible, disciplined, able to meet deadlines
  • Concrete, punctual, executive

Working schedule:

  • Monday: Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 17:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10.00 a.m. – 16.00 p.m.
