Job description:
- Lifestyle management of VIP customers. Arrange and manage customer’s life
- Making travel arrangements for VIP customers.
- Full management of customers’ other tasks and orders.
- Receive incoming calls and customer orders.
- Make outgoing calls, advisory support to customers / potential customers.
- Providing all the necessary information to the customer on the tariffs, services and procedures of the company.
- Search and offer optimal solutions to the customer, in connection with the order.
- Find and negotiate with subcontractors.
- Entering the database of information received.
- Provides high quality service to VIP customers.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience in tourism;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Project Management skills;
- Sales skills;
- Knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Strong knowledge of Russian and Azerbaijani languages and English is a plus.
