Basic tasks of Receptionist are indicated below:
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
- Receive, distribute and send daily mail/deliveries
- Arrange travel and accommodations for employees and company guests
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Perform other duties upon management request
Skills
Supply Chain Assistant should have:
- good communication and coordination skills
- good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- good language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian and English (intermediate)
- “I can do” attitude
Terms
- 6-days work week with part day Saturday.
