Senior Radio Network Optimization Engineer

Your main job responsibilities:

• To monitor Daily Statistics
• To optimize LTE/WCDMA/GSM radio Parameters
• To take actions in order to improve the service in terms of coverage and quality.
• To perform site visits in order to check the site configuration, propose optimization changes
• To collect statistics and prepare reports
• To inspect E-nodeB/RNC/BSC Parameters

Your education and work experience:

• Engineer/ Bachelor diploma of Radio-Electronics, Telecommunications or in Information Technology
• More than 2 years of experience in Radio Network Optimization

Your skills and competencies:

• Knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge in LTE/UMTS/GSM CS/PS performance analysis and optimization
• Experience in Drive Test
• Knowledge in basic concepts and planning of 4G/3G/2G networks
• Experience with MapInfo, Drive test tools (TEMS etc.)
• Experience with Planning/Optimization tools Atoll, Actix Analyzer,Discovery
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian and English (pre-intermediate) languages
