Procurement Specialist are indicated below:

• Research on current orders and build supply relationships.
• Make contacts with suppliers and clarify technical specifications.
• Come up with alternative proposals.
• Analyze purchase and offer bids, and negotiate accordingly.
• Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration and other related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• To be flexible and ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in Azerbaiajani, English, Russian languages. Fluent Turkish is an asset.
• Minimum one-year experience in procurement. Experience in oil & gas or construction fields is preferable.
• Practical knowledge in Supply chain management
• Practical knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Terms:

• 6-days work week with part day Saturday.
