Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Bill of Quantities for Budget Estimation, Tender, Contract & VO, IPC,
• Preparation of Subcontractor`s Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and following the payments to subcontractors,
• Preparation of Variation Orders (VO) based on design revisions and scope changes,
• Issuance of Budget Reports, Estimated Cost at Completion, etc.,
• Preparation of Cost Report.
• Post Contract Management of Subcontractors (on point of Commercial Issues)
• Tracking of Material Consumptions, material wastage ratios; provision of coordination between Warehouse, Bookkeeping, Site Team and Commercial Departments for control/documentation of major material consumptions and
• Provision of Acts

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3-5 years of quantity surveying experience, general construction estimating experience, or related field.
• Skills in reading building plans and estimating building and material costs.
• Knowledge in Primavera, AutoCAD & other software is an advantage.
• Easy adapted person to multinational environment.
• Good communication skills in Azerbaijani and English.
