Chenot Palace Hotel is currently seeking Executive Chef to join the team!
Requirements:
- More than five years’ experience as a head chef or executive chef.
- Excellent record of kitchen management.
- Great communication and leadership skills, operational excellence.
- A passion for excellence, understanding the needs and expectations of luxury guests
- A responsive, engaged and interactive leader
- Financial acumen, including cost and inventory control.
- High level of written and verbal business Azeri, Russian and English
Job Duties:
- Comprehensive approach to the vision of Chenot, deliver an exceptional experience and personalized service for guests.
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.
- Modifying or creating new menus that meet the concepts of the Chenot.
- Implement the wellness philosophy and concepts.
- Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
- Perform administrative duties
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
