- Attend in development of specifications with requesting departments;
- Issue RFQs/RFPs;
- Carry out all prior clarifications;
- Prepare bid tabulations;
- Make commercial and technical bid evaluations;
- Place and expedite orders;
- Coordinate preparation of agreements with legal department;
- Coordinate payments;
- Prepare status reports for all ongoing orders;
- Supplier selection and pre-qualification;
- Supplier performance review;
- Ensure all processes are in line with company policy and procedures;
- Ensure all activities are transparent and auditable;
- Ensure all back-up docs are in place;
- Liaise with all related departments & carry out other work related tasks.
Tələblər
- Min 2 years full-time work experience in IT and technical procurement;
- Language: Fluent in English, Russian would be an advantage;
- Negotiation skills.
