- Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue generation.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Oversee the pricing, proposals, and contract processes to ensure profitability and timely delivery.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Material Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the metallurgical or industrial sector, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of metallurgy, metal alloys, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience managing sales teams and driving business in a technical, B2B environment.
