- Maintain in-depth knowledge of metallurgical products, including their applications, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Provide expert-level consultation to clients, offering technical advice and recommending the most suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and seminars to educate clients on the technical specifications and advantages of metallurgical products.
- Track and report on sales performance, key metrics, and market feedback using CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and progress reports to management.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and sales reports.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and product offerings.
- Mentor and share best practices with junior sales team members, contributing to their development and success.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Material Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience in the metallurgical industry or related sectors, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and closing high-value deals.
- Strong technical understanding of metallurgy, including metals, alloys, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in B2B sales and long sales cycles, particularly in technical or industrial markets.

- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of metallurgical products and their applications in various industries.
