Role Synopsis:  

•  The Architect will be responsible for assisting project managers on design management and implementing new development projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in design development and project management practices in our development group.

Key Accountabilities: 

• Researches, plans, designs and administers building projects, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials.
• Determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.
• Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for review and approval.
• Prepares Power Point presentations for the potential projects and progress reports for the existing ones.
• Prepares RFPs for designer, consultant, and contractor tenders. Assists in the tender process and monitoring the scope of work.
• Assists in the coordination of the project stakeholders during the design development stage.
• Conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with the tender documents.
•  Assists during the handover process.

Required skills:  

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Fluent in English
• AutoCad, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel
