Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research for agricultural sphere
• Making contacts with suppliers and clarifying technical specifications
• Preparing excel files comparing different offers
• Making sure that all payments are in time and correct
• Preparing contracts and other documents
• Assisting director of the company in terms of administrative aspects
• Run reports on current information concerning all phases of procurement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree required
• Advanced level of English, Russian language knowledge as well as Azerbaijani language, Turkish is desirable,
• Minimum 3 years of relative experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of 1C is an advantage
• Result oriented, responsible, disciplined, able to meet deadlines
• Concrete, punctual, executive

Working schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 – 17:30
• Saturday: 10.00 – 16.00
