EnerMech’s Cranes & Lifting division offers a professional and competitive service in all areas of offshore crane and lifting operations. We provide specialist services in the operation, inspection and maintenance of cranes & associated lifting equipment, and lifting related equipment, as well as design, engineering and management of onshore & offshore crane projects.
At the moment Enermech Baku is looking to recruit the Offshore Crane Operator stage 3.
Job responsibilities:
- Operate crane for installation and vessel within crane design envelope taking into consideration weather and sea states and load
- Ensure constant communication with deck and vessel crews
- Complete the use checklists before commencing each shift
- Compliance with Clients safe system of work
- Carry out 1st line maintenance with skills and experience
- Ensure good housekeeping with crane cabin and machinery
- Undertake activities as required
- Ensure all incidents and near misses are reported to EnerMech and Installation Manager immediately
- Ensure a safe and comprehensive shift handover is conducted and recorded
- Work on own initiative
- Decisive during lifting operations
Qualifications:
Essential:
- VHF Restricted Radio Certificate
- Stage III Crane Operator Certificate
- Offshore experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Clear and effective communication in English both written and oral
- VHF Restricted Radio Certificate
- Preferred:
- Banksman/Slinging Certificate
- Rigging Loft Management
- Basic Rigging Certificate
- Previous offshore experience
- Offshore Medical
- BOSIET
