Job Description:
- Create Learning and Development plan in achieving objectives set in Operational Plan based on business needs;
- Work effectively with members of management and human resources to create and develop effective learning and development programs within the Group;
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers;
- Provide relevant inputs in program design and facilitation;
- Support in planning, scheduling and facilitating Learning and Development programs (online and in person);
- Support with the internal and external communications for learning initiatives;
- Support the team in the evaluation of programs and their effectiveness to access content fit to the needs.
- Establish and maintain a working relationship with vendors and functional heads;
- Negotiate with Vendors, Service Providers for implementation-specific training needs;
- Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools (classroom instruction, virtual training, e-learning, on-the-job coaching and etc.)
- Oversee general administrative duties, such as coordinating enrollment, scheduling class times and locations and sending invitation information to all trainees;
- Maintain records of training and development activities and conduct follow-up studies of completed training to evaluate and measure results;
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in learning and development;
- Ensure that new staff members receive an appropriate introductory set of trainings (Onboarding program implementation);
- Write and edit content for internal employee communications, such as memos and newsletters;
- Coordinate and publish regular company-wide newsflashes in an innovative and compelling manner.
What qualifications the candidate need to possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development;
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives;
- Familiarity with modern training methods, tools and techniques;
- Effective collaboration with internal and external project team members;
- Strong ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Good command of Microsoft Office and related programs;
- Excellent command of Azerbaijani and English languages (Russian is additional advantage)
- Exceptional communication skills, including presentation and writing;
- Analytical skills and out-of-box thinking;
- Expertise to generate and execute tailor-made learning and development strategies;
- The technological ability to work on a variety of digital platforms;
- Good networking skills to promote the brand image at various events and initiatives, engage with potential vendors and training providers;
- Ability to effectively engage with team members of all levels and across departments;
- Project management skills, including time management, goal-setting, multitasking and prioritization.
