Job description will be as follows:

• Fully understand all internal control procedures of the company
• Ensure that all orders placed by Procurement department are in accordance with company SOP
• Monitor stock level in each warehouse and analyze slowly moving goods
• Checking the report and documentation of received goods on a daily basis
• To ensure that the procedure and time set for the delivered goods are followed
• Prepare monthly Food and Beverage expense report and deliver to Hotel Management
• To do market research, spot checks at sales points and warehouse

Successful candidate should have:

• Relevant experience in hospitality field
• Higher education
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Advanced user of ERP systems (MICROS, 1C)
