Job Responsibilities:

• To be familiar with and to maintain awareness of Company Management System requirements
• Manage all aspects of Company HSE Management Systems
• To maintain awareness of current applicable National/International legislation, regulations and standards
• Approve all HSE documentation
• Implement HSE contractual requirements within company; Liaise with Contractor and Client representatives on all HSES matters
• Coordinate the issuance of the necessary Permits and Licenses relating to HSE issues as required by relevant Azeri authorities
• Manage and supervise HSES and site security personnel
• Ensure awareness is provided to all personnel on applicable safety procedures and standards
• Ensure all hazards are identified and risk assessments developed for each task
• Monitor improvements through the preparation and implementation of project inspections
• Supervise vendors and sub-contractors by means of inspections/audits
• Investigate accidents and analyze accident statistics in order to identify trends and propose the necessary corrective measures; collect and analyze HSES performance data
• Perform HAZOP and HAZID studies as required
• Develop and implement internal safety audit schedule
• Develop and maintain the project HSES plan, the Emergency Response plan, waste disposal plan.
• Ensure implementation of regular Health Inspections
• Produce Monthly HSE Performance Report, including near misses, accidents, damage etc.

Requirements for the Candidate:

• Higher Education
• Relevant work experience – minimum 5 year
• Fluency in Azeri / English / Russian
• Computer skills
• Excellent communication, organizational and managerial skills
