Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field within Operations manager.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• MS’s and/or BA diploma in Business administration, finance, economy or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, customer service and time management skills.
• Knowledge of HSE safety guidelines and practices.
• Knowledge and proficient implementation skills in software tools such as Microsoft Office and other database applications specifically in MS Excel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
• Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Arrange daily operational workshops, necessary induction and instruction meetings with subordinates.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in logistics operations will be considered as advantage.
• Good team skills to be able to work with others.
• Multitasking ability.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and negotiation skills are required for effective interface with all internal and external contacts.
• 3PL provider, warehouse / logistics operations within FMCG industry will be for advantage.

Additional Notes:

• Ability to work under operational pressure, build supportive team. Knowledge of cross docking and entire warehouse operations.
