Finance Manager

The responsibilities will be as follows:

• Managing finance department and all subordinate employees;
• Preparing, analyzing all financial statements by collecting appropriate data and calculating financial indicators;
• Ensuring finance department work is organized in properly manner as per internal guidelines and procedures;
• Continuously checking all backup documents for financial transactions within hotel
• Implementing internal control measures;
• Participating in budget preparation and forecasts, supporting department heads to analyze their costs and budget requirements;
• Controlling all payments to be done in a timely manner
• Submitting monthly/quarterly/annual profit and loss (P&L) indicators

Successful candidate should have:

• 5+ years in managerial role (preferably in hospitality business)
• Higher financial/economic education
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Deep knowledge of ERP systems as well as IFRS standards
