Job information:

• Work schedule: 5 working days (weekend rest), 09:00–18:00 (13:00–14:00 lunch break)

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure timely reflection of transactions related to inventory and fixed assets and their movement in accounting;
• To check stock balance and preparation of reports on movement of goods;
• To Calculate the cost of imported goods and enter them into the system;
• To ensure timely reflection of bank transactions in accounting;
• To Enter sales and cost transactions into the 1C system;
• Accounting and daily monitoring of payments made by customers;
• To ensure the correct reflection of operations related to human resources and salary calculation in the 1C program;
• Formation of analytical reports;
• To Conduct written and oral negotiations with companies;

Requirements:

• Higher professional education (in the field of finance, audit, accounting)
• At least 3 years of work experience as an accountant-operator;
• Ability to work freely in 1C accounting and MS office programs;
• Knowledge of accounting and local legislation;
• Must have the ability to think analytically, assess the situation correctly, perform mathematical calculations, analyze problems and solve them independently
• Knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
