Sales Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all sales activities of the company, communicating with customers, preparing proposals, liaising internally, while ensuring high standards in all aspects of their work.

• Communicating with clients over the phone, in writing and face to face.
• Liaising with other departments and formulating proposals including tenders.
• Keeping track of deadlines and ensuring compliance with client expectations and overall service levels.
• Updating CRM and other internal systems in line with requirements.
• Assisting senior team in day-to-day tasks and activities.
• Taking part in commercial decisions.
• Proactively engage with perspective clients.
• Seek out new business opportunities.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Great communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages with English at intermediary level.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
• Willingness to take ownership of the tasks at hand.
• Proactive and flexible with a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Educated to a degree level, technical background an advantage.
• Previous experience in a Sales role is a must.
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in cold calling in B2B or B2C context.
• Oil and Gas background is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Eager to learn.

Additional information:

• Contract 1 year
• Salary – Negotiable
• Transportation and lunch are provided by the company
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, 5-day work week;

The workplace is located in Baku city, 22 km from Salyan highway.
