• Job Location: PITS Azerbaijan Office located at AF Business House, 203 Nizami St, Baku 1010, Azerbaijan
• Working Days and Hours: 40 hours/weekly, Mon-Fri, working schedule will be agreed.
• Agreement Type and Pay: Service agreement with the US office, 1,000AZN –1,500AZN – will be offered based on the experience.
• Job Summary:
• The Web Designer is responsible for executing special projects and visual graphics/materials and documents which inform the public of PITS Global services.
• The Web Designer will maintain all PITS Global websites and domain infrastructure, update design and layout, debug as needed, and install any patches and updates as needed as part of a normal web maintenance/webmaster routine. The Web Designer will have the opportunity to work on a variety of critical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design websites with a great UX.
• Working closely with the development team and the SEO team in creating wireframe.
• Making sure designs are consistent and professional.
• Establishing and promoting design guidelines
• Planning and execution of design research
• Design visually strong user-centered interactions that meet user needs and drive business success.
• Design and execute user research to guide web design decisions, apply findings to web designs, and communicate results to the teams.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the UX and user journeys.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in web design is a must
• A good knowledge of UX design and website usability.
• Knowledge of wireframing / prototyping for design.
• Good knowledge of Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD. English – Intermediate and higher
• Design experience for a variety of web-related projects: microsites, landing pages, motion graphics, infographics, animated GIFs, data-visualizations, emails, display ads, etc.
• A solid understanding of designing websites, landing pages, social ads, display ads, and email templates.
• Strong understanding and experience in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Worked on websites, landing pages, email templates, and have a strong passion for social media advertising
• Bachelor’s degree in design or art related field is a plus
• Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO is a plus
• Seasoned in Art Direction and Creative Design (preferably some experience with branding)
• Strong portfolio with at least 3 finalized web projects is a plus
• English – Intermediate and higher is a plus
